Conifers
Conifers. These trees form a backdrop to the old part of
Cambridge University Botanic Garden, which was laid out around the time
of the establishment of the garden on its present site in 1846.
In the foreground, on the snow-covered lawn, there are saplings
of Quercus species (Oaks), perhaps to be mature in
another 150 years.
